Orders & Processing

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Each order is printed and prepared by hand, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it’s on its way!

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because orders go into production quickly, changes and cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Send me a message as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.

Do you offer rush orders?

I don’t currently offer rush processing, but keep an eye on announcements — especially around the holidays. If you have a specific need, feel free to reach out and I’ll see what I can do.

Where do you ship?

Right now Dayenu Co. ships within the United States only. Hoping to expand that in the future!

How long does shipping take once my order is processed?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves my hands, depending on your location. Your tracking number will give you the most accurate estimate.

My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days. What should I do?

Tracking can sometimes lag, especially over weekends or holidays. If it’s been more than a week with no movement, please reach out and I’ll look into it for you.

Do you accept returns?

Because each item is made by hand, I’m unable to accept returns. However, I do offer exchanges — so if something isn’t right, let’s figure it out together.

How do I request an exchange?

Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once approved, I’ll send you next steps.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

I’m so sorry if that happened! Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. I’ll make it right — that’s a promise.

sizing & product care

How do your shirts fit?

Sizing can vary by style, so always check the size guide on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, sizing up is usually the move — especially if you prefer a relaxed fit.

How should I care for my shirt?

To keep your design looking its best: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low, and avoid ironing directly on the print. A little TLC goes a long way!

Will a design come back if it sold out?

Some designs are limited and won’t return — others might. The best way to stay in the loop is to follow along on social media or sign up for updates. When a design is gone, it’s usually gone for good!
