THE DAYENU STORY

Hi, I’m Kari.

I’m a wife to Jose, mama to three amazing kids, preschool teacher, sweet tea lover, occasional Dr Pepper enthusiast, and the heart behind Dayenu Co.

Most days you’ll find me juggling school drop offs, extracurricular activities, church, lesson plans, family life, and whatever random thought my ADHD brain decided was urgent at 11:37 p.m. Between raising kids, teaching preschool, running a small business, and trying to remember why I walked into a room, life stays wonderfully full. And somewhere in the middle of all that chaos, God has taught me the beauty of gratitude.

That’s where Dayenu began.

IF DAYENU CO. HAD A PERSONALITY…

It would probably look a lot like my browser history.

A little Jesus.

A little motherhood.

A little preschool teacher life.

A few Amazon orders.

Okay, more than a few. Entirely too many DoorDash ratings.

Three different tabs open for a show I’m currently binge watching.

An ADHD brain with approximately 37 tabs open and no idea where the music is coming from.

A random Google search that started with one question and somehow ended with me researching something completely unrelated 45 minutes later.

Several unfinished projects.

A camera roll full of screenshots I saved because they were important, but I can no longer remember why.

And a whole lot of gratitude for the life God has given me.

That’s exactly what you’ll find here. Designs inspired by faith, family, motherhood, teaching, encouragement, humor, and all the beautifully imperfect moments that make life meaningful. Some shirts will make you laugh. Some will remind you you’re not alone. Some might encourage you on a hard day. And some were absolutely created because my ADHD brain refused to let an idea go until it became a t-shirt. Because life isn’t always picture perfect.

But it’s still worth celebrating.

WHY DAYENU?

Some businesses start with a product.

Dayenu started with a lesson.

The word Dayenu comes from a Hebrew phrase that means, “It would have been enough.”

It’s a reminder that God’s goodness isn’t measured by getting everything we want.

It’s found in recognizing the gifts He’s already given us.

For me, Dayenu isn’t about settling for less.

It’s about living with gratitude.

It’s recognizing that every blessing, every answered prayer, every ordinary moment of grace is a gift worth celebrating.

If God had only given me my family, Dayenu.

If He had only carried me through difficult seasons, Dayenu.

If He had only shown His faithfulness one more time, Dayenu.

It would have been enough.

Of course, I’m thankful He didn’t stop there.

He’s blessed me with more grace, more laughter, more opportunities, and probably more sweet tea than any one person should consume.

Dayenu Co. was born from that perspective.

My hope is that every design, every package, and every interaction points back to joy, gratitude, faith, and finding beauty in the everyday moments God gives us.
